George W. Halliwell III, M.A., LPC, NCC 

George W. Halliwell III is a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience working with with a diverse set of individuals, families, and other systems. He has worked with clients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents to those facing the end of life. Mr. Halliwell's work has included clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities, terminal or life altering illness, and clients who have experienced physical or sexual traumas. Mr. Halliwell takes an active and holistic approach to the therapy process while relying on valid and evidence based modalities, including: motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), integrative behavioral therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction. He believes in developing and fostering therapeutic relationships that encourage each individual to realize (or rediscover) a path that will help them develop a greater sense of personal fulfillment.

Tom Gambino, Psy.D.

Dr. Tom Gambino is a certified school psychologist and a New Jersey licensed psychologist. He currently works as a school psychologist and behaviorist in a public school system and has worked for a school based mental health clinic prior to his current position. Dr. Gambino specializes in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in treating anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, and in improving social and conversational skills. He also provides consultation with parent(s)/guardian(s) in improving their child’s behavior at home.  Dr. Gambino has experience working with clients that have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and other concerns. 

During his doctoral training, Dr. Gambino worked in preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools. He is also well versed in the New Jersey Special Education code. Dr. Gambino enjoys working collaboratively with the child’s parent(s) or guardian(s) for the benefit of the child. Dr. Gambino is also a former high school and collegiate basketball player.

Ashley Delorenzo, LCSW, RPT

Ashley DeLorenzo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist with over 10 years of experience working in a multitude of settings providing clinical mental health therapy to children, families, and adults. Ashley began her social work career at the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office working with survivors of domestic violence and child sexual assault. While obtaining her play therapy certificate, Ashley began working for a local Monmouth County community agency contracted by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P). Ashley worked with children and families to stabilize the household in an effort to prevent the out-of-home placement of children, as well as provide reunification services for children and their parents. In both positions, Ashley was an active member of the Monmouth County Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) through the Child Advocacy Center, working collaboratively to protect and treat child abuse victims. Ashley went on to work in roles as a Clinical Supervisor as well as providing crisis stabilization to children and their families as an intensive in-community therapist (IIC) through DCP&P and the New Jersey System of Care.

Ashley is specifically trained in the use of evidenced based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Habit Reversal Training, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. Ashley has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents with behavioral difficulties, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder, as well as anxiety disorders, including obsessive compulsive disorder and body focused repetitive behaviors.

Currently, Ashley works as a school social worker in a public school, preschool-8 setting. Ashley is well versed in New Jersey Special Education code (NJ 6A:14) and works diligently to ensure her student population receives the services they are entitled to in the education system. Similarly, Ashley is dedicated to assisting parent(s) or guardian(s) in navigating private services outside of the school setting. She provides education on developmentally appropriate behaviors and parent coaching on evidenced based parenting techniques to improve the parent-child connection while reducing child behaviors in the home.

Michele Noesges, LCSW

Michele is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years experience working in the mental health field. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University. Michele began her career working with an adult population impacted by mental health and substance use disorders where she ran psychoeducational/therapeutic groups and met with clients individually.

Michele most recently worked as an Intensive In Community Clinician. As an IIC Clinician, Michele engaged in analytical, focused, goal oriented, and needs-based clinical interventions that addressed emotional and behavioral challenges of youths with moderate to high needs. She provided youth and their families with an array of interventions, such as psychoeducation, negotiation and conflict resolution skill training, effective coping skills development, healthy limit-setting, emotional regulation skills development, stress management, self-care, symptom management, problem solving skills, and skill building that enhanced self-fulfillment.

Currently, Michele is an elementary school counselor who supports students ranging from four years to eleven years old. Her empathetic and compassionate nature helps build strong, trusting relationships with the students and their families. In addition, she supports teachers by providing training that allows for them to have the awareness necessary to support their students needs.

Michele provides empathic care in a non-judgmental and safe environment. She believes in meeting clients where they are and approaches treatment from a strengths based perspective
