Private Practice Consultation

Building a private practice takes more than strong clinical skills—it requires systems, strategy, and support. Dr. Strobel offers practice consultation to clinicians at all stages, whether you're just starting out, navigating a plateau, or looking to scale thoughtfully and sustainably.

What We Work On

Consultation is tailored to your goals, but commonly includes:

  • Practice infrastructure, workflows, and documentation systems

  • Transitioning off insurance panels while maintaining a full caseload

  • Marketing, referral development, and visibility

  • Hiring, team building, and group practice development

  • The business and financial side of practice that most training programs never cover

  • Values-driven decision making and avoiding burnout

A Client's Experience

One clinician came to consultation with strong clinical skills but felt stuck: working long hours, making decisions driven by fear of financial instability, and experiencing a growing disconnect between their values and how they were actually spending their time. They had previously invested in a large, generic consultation program and left frustrated with little to show for it.

Working together, we focused on clarifying priorities and building systems that fit them and their practice. We streamlined procedures, cleaned up documentation, and identified ways to maintain high-quality care without the burden of inefficient practice management. Over the course of a few months, they were able to transition off insurance panels while maintaining a full caseload. Most importantly, they reclaimed time for their family and hobbies while remaining profitable. The work was targeted, values-driven, and practical.
